Welcome to the 23rd annual Vet Science Week Conference to be held 24- 26 July 2025. We continue our growth as the premier scientific and educational gathering in Australasia meeting once again at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.

On behalf of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (ANZCVS) Council and Science Week Organising Committee, I welcome you to the 23rd annual Science Week Conference to be held 24-26 July 2025. We continue our growth as the premier scientific and educational gathering in Australasia meeting once again at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.
In 2024, we came together as a vibrant community of veterinary professionals, researchers, academia, residents & interns, industry, and affiliated bodies to learn from the best. We heard from speakers in 22 streams covering the alphabet from Animal Reproduction to Zoo & Wildlife Medicine!
And we are looking to do the same in 2025!
College Science Week is your must-do conference experience. You can hear the latest from global experts on surgery, epidemiology, cattle medicine & herd health, to the emerging research streams from residents & academics, bringing you the innovative and emergent work in your field. Science Week encourages & supports early career researchers, such as those undertaking internships or residency training programs.
Of course, the social program is packed with College dinner & Awards night, as well as Chapter dinners, and of course, a few breakfast sessions. Science Week is important to our industry partners with our trade hall a wonderful opportunity to connect with our partners in commercial applications, as well as a chance to interact with significant ESG entities, looking out for you, your identity and our planet.
